Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate role at a top-tier UK law firm, handling complex, high-value cases for clients such as NHS Resolution and private healthcare providers. The team is renowned for its expertise, and the position offers opportunities to manage your own caseload and assist in high-profile claims.

Job Responsibility:

running your own caseload of fast-track and multi-track defendant clinical negligence files
assisting partners on high-value and complex claims, often valued in the millions
working closely with clients to provide strategic advice

Requirements:

2–5 years PQE with experience in clinical negligence
confident managing your own caseload and contributing to high-value cases

Nice to have:

experience in claimant roles with an interest in transitioning to defendant roles
