Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a complex caseload of NHS Resolutions matters from inception to completion
  • provide supervision to more junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years' PQE with strong experience of managing complex Clinical Negligence cases
  • defendant experience ideal but claimant background also acceptable
