Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage a complex caseload of NHS Resolutions matters from inception to completion
provide supervision to more junior members of the team

Requirements:

3-6 years' PQE with strong experience of managing complex Clinical Negligence cases
defendant experience ideal but claimant background also acceptable
