Job Responsibility:

  • Act as "second in command" to the Senior Associate
  • Work alongside the Senior Associate on a caseload of high value, complex clinical negligence claims
  • Manage your own smaller caseload

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years' PQE
  • Strong Clinical Negligence background
  • Good litigation experience
