Job Description:

Step up as Clinical Manager at AES North Coast & Bangalow Vets—lead ECC and GP teams, shape clinical excellence, and enjoy a lifestyle of beach life. Job Responsibility:

Mentor and support vets across both ECC and GP practice
Champion clinical excellence through training, reviews, and case discussions
Lead by example on the floor, balancing leadership with clinical responsibilities
Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver patient-first outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
3+ years’ ECC (highly regarded)
Prior leadership/mentorship experience
Strong communication and coaching skills
Commitment to patient-first care and team development
