I am recruiting for my client who are a respected aged-care provider to find an exceptional Clinical Manager to guide and empower the clinical and care teams within a warm, well-established community. Reporting to the Village Manager and supported by an Assistant Clinical Manager, you’ll provide both strategic direction and practical leadership to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of personalised care. This is a hands-on role — one where you’ll balance governance and empathy, policy and people, evidence-based practice and human connection. And the good news? You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. This care centre has been beautifully maintained, its clinical team is experienced, stable, and well-supported, and the systems are strong.
