This position integrates clinical education with the latest technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to ensure effective onboarding, competency assessment, and ongoing development of clinical staff. The role will collaborate with clinical leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to align training programs with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing or related degree required within 24 months of hire
3-5 Years Clinical Education Experience
3-5 Years Clinical Training Experience
1 year Onboarding in Healthcare Settings Preferred
Experienced in Learning Management System Software Support (LMS) Preferred
