This role plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing clinical training and onboarding programs within a healthcare organization. This position integrates clinical education with the latest technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to ensure effective onboarding, competency assessment, and ongoing development of clinical staff. The role will collaborate with clinical leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to align training programs with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.
