Clinical Lead

• Support the Home Manager across all aspects of Home Management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors
• Being responsible for monitoring the state of wellbeing of each resident whilst being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans
• Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing
• Preparing the staff duty rota to always ensure appropriate staffing levels whilst also being responsible for appraising staff
• Advising on the supply and quality of items used to carry out tasks, ensuring the timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods

• Hold a current NMC registration
• Have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
• Have at least two years’ experience working in a similar care environment
• Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Computer skills are an advantage
• Have a positive attitude to developing staff and enhancing care of the residents
