We’re currently looking for a Clinical Lead to join the team at Beechwood Care Centre in Bridlington. About the Role. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide visible clinical leadership across the community, ensuring residents receive outstanding nursing and dementia care in a safe, supportive and homely environment. You will lead by example, supporting and developing colleagues whilst promoting best practice, clinical excellence and positive outcomes for residents.
Job Responsibility
Provide strong clinical leadership to our nursing and care teams
Ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care
Lead on clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
Support medication management and clinical compliance
Mentor, coach and develop nursing and care colleagues
Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies
Promote a culture of dignity, respect and compassion throughout the service
Support the Home Manager in achieving regulatory compliance and quality standards
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN with no restrictions on practice
Previous experience working within a Acute nursing setting or dementia settings is essential
Experience of leading, supervising or mentoring teams
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centred care
