Background within the neurological / acquired brain injury sector
Tracheostomy and Ventilation experience
Flexible as you will be part of the on-call rota
Exceptional leadership and management skills

Job Responsibility

Report into the General Manager and support them to ensure the service is running exceptionally from a leadership and clinical management element
Ensure excellent delivery of care is being provided
Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that audits, policies, and safe clinical practice is in place

Job Responsibility

To carry responsibility for the management of the nursing services in liaison with the Care Home Manager
Take a leadership role for your team by ensuring staff skills are managed, supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the business
