Job Description:

3-Vet First Opinion, stand-alone Practice. Based just outside of Stoke-on-Trent, the practice sees a brilliant variety of small animals, exotics and unusual cases. It’s a stand-alone site on the high street allowing for plenty of footfall of new clients everyday. Tonnes of equipment to use, and natural light hitting all corners of the site. We have digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, full orthopaedic kits, large wards spaces and a brilliant laboratory. We are also very open about our prices so you know clients are coming in without questions on billings, and our client care team are very confident managing insurances etc. The clinic boasts spacious and bright consulting and operating theatres so your time clinically will be relaxing and rewarding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse caseload
  • Support team of surgeons, nurses and students
  • Work closely with the practice director on new business plans, recruitment, driving services and quality improvements

  • Contribute to clinical governance initiatives by reviewing clinical performance of direct reports
