Clinical Lead Prosthetist

• Line management of the Prosthetics Clinical Team
• Reporting responsibilities with regards to delivery of the service in line with NHS and internal key performance indicators
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care for all patients and the smooth running of the service
• Work closely with MDT’s across Cambridgeshire and the wider Trust including Surgeons and Consultants
• Supporting more junior colleagues using clinical knowledge, experience and best practice
• Mentoring Graduates and Students
• Coordinate and contribute to in-service training sessions

• Proven practical experience working successfully as a Prosthetist
• Committed to the highest standards of patient care
• Proven experience of working within high performing teams
• Positive and proactive 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess one of the following qualifications: Certified Prosthetist, HND Prosthetics, BSc Prosthetics
• Full HCPC Registration
• The ability to meet the requirements of an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Check
