Job Description:

Clinical Insights Analyst role at Eucalyptus, focusing on conducting clinical audits, enhancing safety and quality of clinical services, and collaborating with global teams to support patients in weight-management programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct clinical audits of prescribing practitioners and other care team members
  • Present findings for review by the clinical team in Australia
  • Communicate effectively with practitioners and patients
  • Assist the Clinical Operations team with general clinical tasks
  • Collaborate remotely with Australian colleagues and work as part of the larger Eucalyptus team in Manila
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the quality and safety of clinical services

Requirements:

  • Licensed healthcare professional (doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian)
  • At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with Mac systems and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Background in AI, automation, or data management is an advantage
  • Prior experience with clinical audits, quality improvement, or healthcare compliance is an added bonus
