We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with experience working in clinical governance, quality, compliance or healthcare administration within a health service delivery setting. You will be confident supporting systems that ensure services are safe, effective and continuously improving, and comfortable working with governance processes, regulatory requirements and quality reporting. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing and senior leaders, you will support the effective operation of governance systems including clinical policies, audits, incidents, complaints, patient feedback, compliance, and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within an organisation delivering clinical health services
  • Experience of working within clinical governance, quality, compliance or healthcare administration
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Confident producing reports and presentations for a range of audiences
