Job Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive health and functional assessments
Develop and deliver personalised exercise and lifestyle interventions
Manage chronic disease, musculoskeletal injuries, return-to-work programs, and disability support

Deliver both in-person and telehealth consultations
Communicate directly with referring GPs, writing detailed reports on patient progress

3-5 Years Clinical Cardiac Experience
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) - ACSM Required Or Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) - ACSM Required Or Certified Cardiac Rehab Professional (CCRP) Required

Job Responsibility

Provide treatment to Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab patients across Phases I–III
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to guide individualized treatment plans
Design and implement exercise prescriptions and facilitate progression based on patient needs
Monitor patients during exercise sessions, including EKG monitoring and interpretation
Educate patients and families on risk factor management, heart-healthy lifestyles, and long-term wellness
Complete all required documentation, billing, and coordinate communication with physicians

Assist in cardiac catheterisation procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and right heart studies
Monitor and record intra-cardiac pressures and waveforms during diagnostic and interventional procedures
Provide technical support during pacemaker, ICD, and CRT implantations
Conduct pacemaker, ICD, and CRT device checks and follow-ups in accordance with current guidelines
Analyse device data and provide expert interpretation to guide clinical decisions
