Job Description

The Occupational Therapist Clinical Educator position provides leadership and support to the Occupational Therapy workforce including the Early Career & Graduate Program. The role will work with leadership to design, implement and evaluate education, training and professional development processes & structures across Austin Health that addresses these needs for the Occupational Therapy workforce.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the development of education, professional development and training programs for Occupational Therapists inclusive of graduate and early career Occupational Therapists
  • Develop resources that support the education and training element of the workforce
  • Design, develop and implement a robust student clinical placement program
  • Ensure appropriate, contemporary learning & development strategies are implemented
  • Support wellbeing and resilience of the occupational therapy workforce through supervision, peer reflection & other support frameworks

  • AHPRA eligible registration
