Job Description:

This Associate will support the Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) Program across Oak Street Health (OSH) and the Risk Bearing Entity (RBE) to gain key insights into performance in order to optimize output.

Job Responsibility:

Updating and improving existing performance dashboards and reporting tools
Developing new dashboards and reporting tools
Communicating data and insights clearly
Building relationships with RBE partners
Partnering with the CDS Program Lead Director to develop models
Creating worklists of suspects for targeted reviews
Addressing requests from Population Health and regional leaders

Requirements:

Knowledge of ICD-10 and HCC Model
Track record of effectively solving difficult problems with analytics
Practical, results-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Comfortable working in ambiguity and asking questions
Unimpeachable integrity
Strong MS Excel skills
Bachelor degree
US work authorization
