Job Description:

UK-based GP fluent in German to deliver digital care, shape services, and collaborate across teams in a safe, patient-focused environment. ZAVA is predominantly a remote-first company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work within a fully regulated UK healthcare environment
  • Providing high-quality care
  • Reporting to the Clinical Lead for the UK
  • Work alongside a diverse team of GMC-registered doctors
  • Collaboration across teams
  • Help shape how we deliver care
  • Contribute to expanding our clinical offerings, developing new services, and refining our digital healthcare platform
  • Participate in a structured weekly training and teaching programme
  • Clinically review and assess patient consultations via the asynchronous online platform
  • Respond to clinical messages and, where appropriate, prescribe medication or provide advice in line with ZAVA guidelines
  • Work closely with the Patient Care Team on a daily basis
  • Support the Clinical Lead in developing and launching new services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to update medical guidelines, maintain the highest clinical standards, and enhance the patient journey

Requirements:

  • GMC-registered GP, based in the UK
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and judgement, gained through relevant experience in hospitals and/or GP practices
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Technology-savvy and proficient in using digital platforms and tools
  • Comfort with remote-first, computer-based working is essential
  • Committed to lifelong learning
  • Organised and collaborative
