Compass Associates are working in partnership with a valued client who has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to join a well-performing nursing home based near the Solihull area. The home provides nursing, dementia, and residential care, and is seeking a clinically strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
  • Previous nursing home experience
  • Strong background in elderly and dementia nursing
  • Excellent leadership and clinical skills
  • Genuine passion for elderly care
