Clinical Deputy Home Manager

• Support the delivery of quality care
• support the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives
• take on leadership duties in the Home Manager's absence
• ensure care standards
• motivate the team
• inspire the team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life
• lead by example
• monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking regulatory compliance
• set the highest standards
• develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals
• monitor standards of care delivered by all staff
• monitor residents' wellbeing and ensure care plans are up to date
• act as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care

• Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
• mentoring/supervision experience
• experience in helping residents with different health needs
• successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
• understanding of person centred care and positive behavioural support
• strong leadership skills with a highly motivated approach
• highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal skills
• substantial experience working with dementia care
• valid NMC PIN and RGN / RMN qualification
