Job Responsibility

Prepare comprehensive psychological evaluations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions addressing issues such as anger management, substance abuse, trauma, and adjustment to incarceration
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide crisis counseling and support to inmates and staff
Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the danger posed by inmates to themselves and others
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including case managers, social workers, and psychiatrists
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all assessments, treatment sessions, and other professional activities
