Clinical Coordinator (RN), Fetal Care and Surgery Center (FCEC)

• Collaborate to plan, organize and oversee the daily clinical operations of the Fetal Care and Surgery Center
• Prepares staff schedules, requests and allocates resources and facilitates coordination of care/services
• Develops, recommends and implements internal standards, policies and procedures
• Selects, supervises, and evaluates nursing and clinical support personnel
• Leads and participates in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects
• Facilitates, monitors and participates in survey readiness and regulatory compliance activities/requirements
• Maintains standards for patient safety and quality of care
• Addressing topics that arise around patient and family satisfaction

• BSN required
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience (Surgical, Obstetric, or PICU/NICU)
• Leadership experience required
• Excellent leadership, team building and collaboration skills
• Analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems
• Communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate and problem solve
• Current MA license as a Registered Nurse
