Job Description:

Join Allara as a Clinical Concierge Agent and be the bridge between patients and providers! This role is a key part of the care team by helping ensure seamless communication, coordinating medical workflows, and providing compassionate support via phone, email, and in-app messaging.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Allara’s patients and providers by ensuring that lab orders, prescription refills, and pre-authorizations are fulfilled accurately and promptly
  • Manage faxed requests, medical documentation, and patient forms while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Relay provider updates, care recommendations, and medical actions to patients professionally and compassionately
  • Provide empathetic, patient-centric support via phone, email, and in-app messaging, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Assist patients with scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries about their care plans and Allara’s offerings
  • Offer personalized assistance, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with compassion and professionalism
  • Ensure accuracy in relaying patient information between providers, patients, and internal teams
  • Stay informed about Allara’s clinical workflows and processes to provide seamless provider support

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in a support role, such as medical reception, patient coordination, or telehealth support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate complex conversations
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively, ensuring smooth coordination of medical requests
  • Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and working with sensitive data
  • Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
  • A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet to support confidential patient communications
