The Clinical Care QA-Trainer is responsible for analyzing quality data, audit results, and performance metrics to identify gaps and reduce errors. This role works closely with managers to implement corrective and preventive actions, develop and implement quality assurance protocols, and document product or process quality issues. The QA-Trainer creates and maintains quality documentation, identifies trends and areas for improvement, and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the QA-Trainer trains and supports staff in quality assurance standards, implements and monitors quality improvement initiatives, and prepares quality reports for management review.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze quality data, audit results, and performance metrics to identify gaps, reduce errors, and work with managers to implement corrective and preventive actions
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and processes
Document and report product or process quality issues
Create and maintain quality documentation and records
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Train and support staff in quality assurance standards
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
Prepare quality reports for management review
Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements:

Collaboration & Teamwork – Able to work in collaborative team environment
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred – equivalent work experience accepted
