Job Description

Join a well-regarded Residential Aged Care Facility (NFP) in Sunshine coast as a Clinical Care Manager. This full-time leadership position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for a 140+ bed residential aged care facility. You will be a "Leader of Teams," mentoring clinical staff and collaborating with the Service Manager to meet Aged Care Quality Standards and strategic facility goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Clinical Oversight: Manage care planning, evaluation, and medication management
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach nursing and care teams
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards
  • Operational Support: Oversee rosters and clinical supply budgets

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven management experience within the Aged Care sector
  • Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Qualification (Highly Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of AN-ACC and Quality Standards
