We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join the leadership team at Residential Aged Care Facilities within the Burnett region. This is a "Leader of Teams" role where you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while promoting resident wellness and engagement. You will mentor a dedicated team of care staff and oversee clinical governance to ensure all tasks meet the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Standards.
Job Responsibility:
Clinical Oversight: Oversee medication management, care planning, and evaluation in accordance with the operating model
Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, motivate, and coach clinical, lifestyle, and Allied Health staff to promote a high-performing workplace culture
Operational Management: Manage clinical rosters, supplies, and budgets in consultation with the Service Manager
Funding & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of AN-ACC applications and ensure legislative compliance
Direct Care: Provide direct care activities to residents as required
Requirements:
Qualification in Nursing with an unrestricted AHPRA registration
Demonstrated management experience within the Aged Care sector
Strong understanding of continuous improvement and Accreditation Standards
Valid Driver’s Licence
