Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead a unit within our residential aged care facility located in Kandos. This is a significant opportunity for a seasoned clinical leader to take charge of clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a unit within our residential aged care facility

Requirements:

  • Must hold full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • A minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate experience

  • A deep understanding of clinical governance frameworks, quality improvement methodologies, and aged care accreditation standards
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying clinical risks and delivering relevant team training
  • Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate, resident-centred approach
  • Alignment with core values of aiming higher, caring from the heart, and acting as one team
  • Must be prepared to occasionally start shifts at 6:30 AM
