Job Responsibility:
Assess resident needs comprehensively and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with families and residents
Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated nursing and care team to deliver safe, high-quality care outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee compliance with all relevant aged care requirements
Provide hands-on nursing care when needed, including wound management, medication administration, and monitoring
Support infection control measures, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Act as a professional role model and effective communicator with residents, families, and external health professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
Substantial experience in residential aged care nursing
Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, documentation, and leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy (including clinical software)
