The Clinical Admin. Assistant – Titration Service will support the Senior Clinical Treatment Coordinator and Titration Leadership Team in the effective day-to-day delivery of the titration service. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Psychiatry-UK (PUK), they will help ensure patients receive high-quality, person-centred care in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Senior Clinical Treatment Coordinator and Titration Leadership Team with administrative tasks related to the titration service
Act as a point of contact for patient and prescriber queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate
Assist in the coordination and administration of prescriber onboarding, inductions, and routine processes
Carry out administrative tasks relating to patient care within the titration pathway, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Use the PUK Patient Portal to schedule appointments, update records, and manage communications
Support meeting coordination, including scheduling and minute-taking where required
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal systems in line with PUK processes
Assist with data collection and basic reporting to support service monitoring and improvement
Manage and complete allocated tasks within PUK systems, ensuring they are actioned or escalated appropriately
Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders via email and telephone
Prioritise workload effectively, adapting to changing service demands
Participate in supervision, personal development reviews, and mandatory training
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PUK processes and procedures, raising concerns or incidents as appropriate
Requirements:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
Nice to have:
Experience in a mental health setting
