Skin Laundry is growing & glowing! We have multiple new clinics opening across the US! We're looking for laser focused Clinic Managers to lead our sales strategies and day-to-day management of one of our Skin Laundry clinics. As Clinic Manager, you inspire and lead by example. You will work directly with your team to coach, mentor and inspire to ensure successful sales & client retention strategies, customer service-related initiatives, and clinic operations. You will ensure that the clinic team is motivated to create an energetic and passionate experience for our clients. As the CM you are a kind & caring leader and must have the ability to make informed decisions and overcome challenges.
Job Responsibility
Establish and lead execution of brand's business strategies to drive KPI results and achieve sales plans and goals
Develop strong relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities
Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans
Work directly with clients to sell memberships and products
Act as Lab CM to orient and develop new employees as part of training program
Partner with VP of Talent Management to develop and execute training for employees
Manage ongoing day-to-day clinic operations concurrently with training new hires
Hire, develop and motivate a team
Coach and give feedback to all team members
Lead team to deliver excellent customer experience and meet service and retail targets
Organize regular team communication
Evaluate and manage employee performance and develop individual career development plans
Ensure store operations are consistent and policies are practiced
Develop monthly, weekly, and daily clinic action plans to achieve revenue targets
Provide coverage of the clinic working on the floor and in front
Manage physical inventory and forecasting for service and retail
Address client issues and queries professionally and timely
Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements
Create and manage team schedules to meet client needs and achieve financial targets
Requirements
Minimum of 3 -5 years of management experience in a retail environment
Passion for accessible and inclusive beauty
Proficiency of Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to work 1:1 with clients
Self-motivated with high standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player
Willingness to learn and evolve through coaching and mentoring
Ability to commute reliably to home clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics as needed
Physical ability to walk short distances, stand for long periods, lift/carry up to 25lbs, and perform physical tasks
Ability to operate standard office equipment
