We are looking for a friendly and organised Clinic Manager to run the day to day operations of our clinic. You will support both the sonographers and reception team, making sure everything runs smoothly and our customers have a great experience. You will work closely with the Directors and also help out on reception when needed, especially during busy times or when covering holidays or sickness.
Job Responsibility:
Support and manage the sonographers and reception team
Hold regular team catch ups to keep everything running smoothly
Help train new staff and support ongoing development
Step in on reception when needed
Make sure the clinic is clean, tidy, and running well
Help keep everything in line with CQC standards
Support with new services or systems
Carry out checks and reviews to make sure everything stays compliant
Be the main point of contact for customer feedback or complaints
Deal with any issues in a calm and professional way
Escalate anything serious to the Directors
Help recruit new team members with the Directors
Support with staff performance and any issues if they arise
Support ideas for new products or services
Help with social media and marketing to bring in new customers
Requirements:
Experience managing or supervising a team
Strong communication and people skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Good problem solving skills
Experience in healthcare or CQC environments is helpful but not essential
