Hey Baby 4D Hull is a private ultrasound clinic delivering high-quality baby scans in a safe, professional, and family-centred environment. As part of a regulated healthcare setting, we operate to high clinical and governance standards. We are seeking a confident and experienced Clinic Manager to support the operational and regulatory leadership of the clinic. This is a hands-on role requiring strong team management skills, commercial awareness, and a clear understanding of compliance within a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure the clinic operates safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with CQC standards and internal performance targets. This role includes evening and weekend working. Hours will vary dependant on the needs of the rota and will therefore not be fixed days or times. Our weekdays open until 8pm and weekends are 9am to 6pm.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the clinic team
Support performance management, conduct reviews, and address staff development needs
Maintain high standards of professionalism and client experience
Act as senior lead in the absence of the Clinic Manager
Support compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
Assist with audits, policy implementation, and quality assurance processes
Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to clinical protocols
Promote a strong culture of safety, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
Monitor and drive key performance indicators including: Revenue and next booking rates
Customer satisfaction feedback
Review scores and feedback
Operational efficiency
Support action plans to improve performance where required
Ensure consistent delivery of brand and service standards
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a team (essential)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
High level of organisational ability and attention to detail
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Nice to have:
Experience within healthcare or a CQC-regulated environment
Understanding of clinical governance frameworks
