Job Description

As a Clinic RN Manager, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate on comprehensive screenings
  • conduct critical risk assessments
  • provide vital preventative health education
  • expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations
  • leverage technology to streamline processes
  • ensure patients feel informed and at ease
  • guide them through instructions and addressing their concerns
  • prioritizing the demands of daily operations and organizing resources
  • addressing and rectifying patient and/or staff concerns
  • facilitating change, cultural integration, retention, and building effective teams
  • using VMPS to identify a problem, route cause, and engages the team in solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Three (3) years of experience as a nurse supervisor, assistant nurse manager, or nurse manager
  • Current WA State RN license is required
  • CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
  • quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire
