Clinic Director/Partner - Physical Therapist

• Lead a NEW team

• Provide high-quality, individualized, evidence-based care to patients while enjoying autonomy when making clinical decisions
• Be active within the hiring process, to ensure you choose the right team members for all positions
• Empower, motivate, and develop your team to provide exceptional care and remarkable patient experiences
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations
• Be involved with setting business targets, analyzing financial performance, patient outcome data

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Demonstrated operational leadership and performance is a plus, preferably working independently in an outpatient setting
