A Healthcare Company is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Clinic Coordinator to join our dynamic neurosurgery practice in Beverly Hills. The Clinic Coordinator will work closely with a board-certified neurosurgeon and clinical team to provide essential administrative and patient support while helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and procedures accurately and efficiently
Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare offices
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and assist with general billing-related questions
Help manage the provider’s daily schedule and support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
Assist with front office operations, administrative tasks, and general office coordination
Support exam room readiness, supply tracking, and other operational needs as needed
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or medical office experience, preferably in a specialty practice
Prior experience in a neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic, or other specialty clinic is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and authorization processes is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
