Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day clinic coordination and operational support
Lead, mentor, and develop a small nursing team
Work alongside the Lead Vet to improve clinical standards and workflows
Support team communication, expectations, and performance
Deliver high standards of patient care and client service
Continue working in a hands-on nursing capacity across surgery, consults, and patient care
Requirements:
Veterinary nursing experience
Leadership or management experience (preferred)
A strong desire to step into or grow within a leadership role
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
A proactive approach and appetite for positive change
Commitment to high standards of patient and client care
