Lead with care. Grow with purpose. An exciting Clinic Coordinator / Nurse role has become available at CareVets Horsham Downs. This is your chance to be part of Hamilton’s newest clinic, helping to shape a supportive, client-focused environment while enjoying a mix of clinical and leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Nurse who enjoys interacting with people, wants to step away from the day-to-day desexings (but can step in when needed), and is excited to help build and grow a clinic. With SPCA partnership work, strong support from a wider group of nurses and coordinators, and plenty of opportunities to make the clinic your own, this is a unique opportunity. This role will be a mix of front-of-house duties, nurse consultations, and (if of interest) surgical work. It also includes leadership responsibilities such as supporting rosters, guiding the team, and helping to drive the overall success of the clinic. This role is full-time with no weekend shifts.
