Job Responsibility:

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of care
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a passionate team of healthcare professionals and educators
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators to design and enhance training programs that exceed industry standards
Patient & Student Relations: Foster a welcoming environment for patients and students, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all services meet regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or education leadership
