Formal telecoms/electronic qualification or equivalent experience
experience in service provision, fault diagnosis, and resolution across a range of telecommunications technologies including multi vendor CPE (Cisco, Juniper, ADVA), core transmission technologies (DWDM, Ethernet), mobile networks (3G/4G/5G), microwave radio, switching and DC power systems, fibre and copper cabling and termination
ability to manage workload effectively and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
valid full UK/EU driving license (Category B)

Job Responsibility

Regular climbing of the extensive fixed and mobile infrastructure up to 40 meters as well as rooftop-based working is essential
Adherence to quality and H&S standards as well as achieving agreed performance targets
The role holder must have a flexible approach to working hours and be willing to travel
Participate in a 24/7 callout rota as and when required in alignment with the requirements of the Operating Unit you are assigned to - typically once every 8 weeks
