Job Responsibility:
Handle the technical opening and closing of client accounts
Finalize account openings only after confirming that KYC and AML requirements are fully met
Review the Account Opening Checklist to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment
Perform mandatory checks for any pending activity or residual balances before closing accounts
Analyze and reconcile incoming/outgoing data sets to ensure correct mapping to the platform
Conduct pre-transition testing and quality reviews of client data
Track daily components of the conversion process
Support the broader transition plan by completing documentation and tasks
Work closely with Transition Consulting and Relationship Management teams
Provide regular progress updates to the team and proactively flag issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in a client-facing or project-based environment is an advantage
High degree of accuracy and a methodical approach to data-heavy tasks
Applicable local/regional licenses as required by the business in Luxembourg
