DXC Technology is looking for a number of visionary Client Technology Leaders (CTL) — senior technologists who thrive at the intersection of business ambition and technological possibility. Our CTL’s are seen as trusted advisors for our clients, partners, employees and DXC executives. Within DXC CTL’s are involved in the full lifecycle of work from market engagement, helping clients to understand their problems and options, through the sales, process, project work and ensuring technology deployed remains fit for the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Shape and communicate how current and emerging technologies can deliver meaningful business outcomes
  • Translate complex business requirements into strategic and solution-level technology roadmaps
  • Guide clients through the impact of technology on organisational structures, skills, and processes
  • Explain how solutions are developed, deployed, and integrated into existing landscapes
  • Apply industry-standard methods and processes across sales, solution development, and delivery
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners to support business growth
  • Lead ideation sessions and early-stage engagements, leveraging DXC toolkits and capabilities — including the Customer Experience Centre
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems to bring the best of DXC to every engagement

Requirements

  • Proven technology professional and leadership experience in technology-driven environments
  • Broad technology background and strong client relationship building experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field — or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven track record designing and delivering complex technology solutions aligned to client and industry needs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, build business cases, and deliver successful outcomes
  • Exceptional relationship-builder with a history of establishing trusted partnerships
  • Outstanding communicator, facilitator and collaborator — comfortable engaging from technical teams to C-suite leaders
  • Must be eligible for or currently hold SC security clearance
  • Must have resided in the UK for 5 years and over
  • For some positions: DV clearance (sole UK Nationals, no dual nationality)
