Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Client Technologies Technician one of our clients in Elgin, SC.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in desktop and networked systems support, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and scanners
  • 4+ years of experience in hardware/software installation, computer deployment, operation, and repair
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, Active Directory, Intune, or NTS Network
  • High School diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Ensure the availability of necessary parts for ongoing and future projects
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of LED equipment to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the systems
  • Provide technical solutions to optimize system performance and resolve issues
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve lighting setups based on client needs and project requirements
  • Evaluate new LED technologies for potential use in future projects
  • Assist in future planning by recommending advanced products and systems that align with ASTOUND’s goals
