Job Description:

The Client Technical Integration Manager role sits within the Technical Integration Group, working directly with top-tier clients from project kick-off to go-live, helping them integrate their ERP/TMS systems with Citi's Cash Management, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Card applications. The main objective is to deliver Client Solutions on time and to spec while providing an exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibility:

Day to day management of a portfolio of electronic banking projects
Ensuring projects meet ISO Quality Standards and Audit criteria
Build external client relationships and internal partnerships
Contribute to process re-engineering activities
Run kick off meetings with clients to review requirements
Manage internal setup process for connectivity & security
Manage internal setup process for configuring inbound/outbound files
Provide guidance to clients during development efforts
Manage and track formal testing program
Manage formal change processes to promote solutions to production
Manage initial production support for testing and hyper care period
Help manage formal project closure process

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/University degree
5-10 years’ experience working in a bank/financial institution or corporate financial area (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury)
Cash Management knowledge (Payments & Receivables)
Host to Host Banking technical knowledge (preferable): Connectivity (SWIFT, SFTP, etc), Encryption Tools (PGP, Symantec, etc), Electronic File Formats (ISO20022 XML, MT101, etc)
Corporate financial ERP/TMS knowledge (preferable): SAP, Oracle, SaaS Platforms (Kyriba, GTreasury, Revel, etc)
Communication skills
Time management skills
Self-starter attitude
Common sense and pragmatic approach
Risk management ability
Fast learner with technical aptitude

Nice to have:

Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and/or Korean
Host to Host Banking technical knowledge
Corporate financial ERP/TMS knowledge
