Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in client-focused environments, and is adept at managing multiple tasks. As a key player in our operations, you will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to client and debtor inquiries via phone, providing accurate updates and handling data entry tasks
Review incoming requests and research necessary actions for operational teams
Evaluate new address information submitted by clients to determine if further action is necessary
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure requests are understood and fulfilled
Share insights and opportunities for improvement with leadership to enhance team performance
Conduct internet-based research to support assignments, client queries, and operational requirements
Collaborate with agents to facilitate property repossession and ensure active vehicle searches
Work closely with all agents to streamline processes and maintain operational efficiency

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments while delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in internet research and search engines for operational and client needs
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of one year experience in call center, customer service, or a related industry
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and working with CRM tools
