Job Responsibility:
Contact person of the customers within the Customer Service and to ensure the complete execution of the order-collection cycle
Communication with sales department on customer-related issues
Creating a personalized relationship with the customer to optimize the level of service
Preventing and ensuring the smooth processing of orders and tracking them until delivery
Effective communication with customers regarding deadlines, shortages, information, etc.
Recording, analyzing, and tracking complaints, returns, etc. in collaboration with Credit Manager, sales teams and distribution center
Communication with Credit Manager to identify any credit risks and implement tailored corrective actions
Settlement of customer accounts
Requirements:
at least 1-2 years experience in customer support
be able to work under pressure
communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent, IEK or higher education (AEI/TEI)
Excellent PC skills & knowledge of SAP
Excellent level in English
Ability to build relationships with customers and internal network
