We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to clients within the chemicals manufacturing industry. Job Responsibility:
Handle comprehensive client transactions while adhering to company policies and standards
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Manage daily cash-handling tasks and other financial transaction processes
Resolve complex customer inquiries through detailed research and effective communication
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address their needs and build strong relationships
Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools to organize data and streamline workflows
Navigate multiple systems and applications effectively to access necessary information
Identify and solve customer concerns with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles
Proficiency in cloud technologies, CRM systems, and database management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Proven ability to handle complex transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
Familiarity with export and import customer service processes is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
