A growing organization in Kent is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role focuses on delivering responsive service, managing client requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Job Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Address and resolve service issues, discrepancies, and order concerns in a timely manner
Enter and update customer information, transactions, and service requests within internal systems
Partner with operations, logistics, and billing teams to coordinate timely resolutions
Monitor account activity and proactively follow up on open items or outstanding requests
Assist with order tracking, status updates, and delivery coordination
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and case details
Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or administrative coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
