Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II) to join our team on a contract basis in West Henrietta, New York. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of client information and the timely processing of returned mail. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process returned mail daily by logging it into the system and preparing new packages for mailing
  • Contact clients to verify and update business addresses as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks comply with company policies and procedures
  • Utilize prescribed systems and software, including Salesforce and Adobe Flex, to efficiently manage tasks
  • Perform data entry duties with a focus on prioritization and organization
  • Assist with additional data entry tasks as required
  • Ensure high-quality service standards are met during all client interactions
  • Develop a basic understanding of operational guidelines and workflows to support assigned responsibilities
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting packages weighing 10-20 pounds
  • Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues that arise during processing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy, including familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Strong ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Reliable transportation to the work location
  • Commitment to delivering quality service and resolving issues effectively
  • Physical capability to lift packages weighing between 10-20 pounds
