The Client Support Representative for Aetna Commercial Client Support will focus on delivering exceptional service on escalated pharmacy concerns. You will be accountable for researching and resolving member escalations including Prior Authorization status, Specialty/Mail Order prescription concerns, as well as general requests to assist a member with their Pharmacy Healthcare experience.
Job Responsibility:
Researching and resolving member escalations including Prior Authorization status
Handling Specialty/Mail Order prescription concerns
Assisting members with navigating their Healthcare
Managing outstanding concerns to ensure accurate resolution and communication
Professionally managing high volume of correspondence including phone calls, emails, and SalesForce cases
Requirements:
1+ years of health insurance industry experience
Bachelor's Degree is desired or equivalent work experience
Candidate must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
