We are seeking a Client Support Representative to provide administrative and customer support to a team of insurance professionals and valued clients. Job Responsibility
Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally and courteously
Welcome and direct visitors
Process administrative tasks and documentation
Provide clerical support to insurance professionals
Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day office operations
Support client service initiatives and help ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred
