Job Responsibility

  • Receive trip requests from the client, provide professional advice and alternative solution in planning stage and in the event of technical issues or unforeseen situation
  • Deal with ad-hoc schedule, unforeseen scenario effectively
  • Close liaison with client representatives and relevant TAG departments to ensure smooth progression and VIP standard of all trips
  • Ensure company policy and regulatory procedures are respected and complied
  • Provide trip cost estimation if necessary
  • Coordinate trip arrangements with dispatch team and crew
  • Review and maintain crew expenses records
  • Maintain crew and passenger records in database

Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business or Aviation discipline
  • Junior position with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Flexible and able to work outside the regular hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on formal, informal written and verbal bases
  • Detail oriented, excellent listening skills, patience and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to influence others while working towards common company goals
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
